Dogs are utterly welcome at Brian’s Cottage, Norfolk, and not just those which are small, quiet and impeccably well-behaved! This idyllic single storey, self-catering property has been ‘Designed with Dogs in Mind,’ especially reactive ones. Up to six can stay free of charge.
Brian’s Cottage is equipped with everything for dogs’ comfort and wellbeing, the sofas and beds come with throws they can lie on, an outdoor warm shower and trough bath for smaller dogs’ use, a sunbed for basking but also paddling pools and a mat for keeping them cool, towels, toys, a plethora of bowls for different needs and disability aids – a buggy and ramps.
The garden is big, secure and surrounded by fields. The only neighbours are cottage owners Liz and Tim Arnold, who understand dogs need to bark. They have three elderly rescues.
It’s a short drive to dog-friendly beaches and the Broads National Park. There are fantastic local walks including the Weavers Way and Bacton Woods with abundant wildlife everywhere.
Brian’s Cottage is also a great place for the dogs’ human companions, comfortably sleeping four in two bedrooms. You’re welcomed with home-made treats such as bread, cakes, and preserves and can be provided with a cooked meal on arrival and dogsitting by appointment. The owners support green ideals with a solar system and fast EV charger.
Guest reviews are glowing and customers frequently return.
