Friendly staff go through the design process with each customer, working through every stand out feature. The units, doors and worktops are then craftsman made to measure at the company’s manufacturing unit in Hartlebury, Kidderminster, then a team of specialist contractors carry out fitting to absolute perfection.
There’s flexibility for customers to do their own DIY if they wish, but Retail Manager Ryan Bellamy says: “Usually customers want us to take care of everything. We’re a one stop shop. We project manage not only making and supplying the units but flooring, decoration, appliances, everything. It’s a very personal service, one to one, and we always stick to our schedules.”
Product aftercare is ongoing long term, including repairs to any damage.
Beautiful Hatt bedrooms may be fully bespoke or from lower priced standard ranges, as preferred.
