Wychavon Chairman visits Royal Mail staff
Wychavon’s Chairman, Cllr. Tony Rowley yesterday (10 December) paid a visit to Pershore Delivery Office to thank all the hard working Royal Mail staff who keep our post and parcels moving at this busy time of year.
Cllr. Rowley said “This was a great opportunity to get out and meet some of the hard working staff who are so very busy inthe lead up to Christmas. The team are working flat out to ensure the safe delivery of Christmas cards and parcels alongside all the normal post.
He continued “The Royal Mail workers are truly part of the community and this is particularly noted at this time of the year. I felt privileged to meet them and offer some words of thanks.”
