Wellbeing Centre launches in Pershore
Bringing together practitioners from around Worcestershire, The Art of Wellbeing is a Centre in Pershore to support your mental, physical and emotional health.
The Art of Wellbeing is a collaboration of holistic practitioners founded by Sandi Quaglieri from The Art of Pranayama.
Sandi has practiced Yoga and other holistic therapies since 1996 and has dreamt of creating a space where people can focus on their own wellbeing in a calm and tranquil environment.
The Art of Wellbeing Centre provides a local space where you can relax and enjoy practices ranging from Crystal Singing Bowls Sound Baths, Holistic Treatments and Nutritional Therapy to Hatha Yoga for Adults & Children, Pranayama Yoga & Meditation, Therapy in Art and Tibetan Yoga & Meditation.
Bringing together local specialists like Helen Beale Sound Healing and Craniosacral Therapy, Jennie Daffin Holistic & Beauty Therapist, Jonathan Clewley Kum Nye, Nikky Taylor Yoga4Life and Pam Clark from Nurture Nutrition.
The Art of Wellbeing is open for everyone to explore and enjoy. Sandi said: “it’s been amazing to create such a wonderful space. I encourage everyone who’s interested in their own journey to wellbeing to join me at The Art of Wellbeing Centre.
