TJs Kitchen and Dining | Worcester
Friends who have worked together for years have now launched their own foodie business, TJ’s Dining & Kitchen, serving pub classics with a trendy twist in the smart Conservatory Bar in Worcester city centre.
Chefs Tom Dalley and James Shepherd are doing brisk business as the Conservatory customers find out about the new owners and the lip-smacking fare they’re serving up in the roomy restaurant and sun kissed rooftop terrace. Whether they’re looking for light bites and snacks, filling main meals or a special dinner, the pair can meet their needs in style.
The key to TJ’s tasty concoctions is the use of fresh ingredients sourced locally and cooked to order. Enduring favourites like all day breakfasts and battered fish & chips grace the menu alongside more unusual choices like salmon linguine and xim xim, a Brazilian dish of chicken, prawns, spices and peanut butter sauce.
Appetising lunches of paninis and sandwiches come with assorted fillings teaming Mediterranean cheeses with chicken or ham or perhaps salmon, while soup & artisan bread is always a good warmer on a chilly day.
For dessert why not try homemade waffles loaded with fruit or chocolate and caramel.
The bar provides all the drinks to perfectly complement the meal.
