The Kings School Worcester – Building confidence through education

Kings Worcester is a thriving independent day school consisting of two Junior Schools and a Senior School for both boys and girls from the ages of 2 to 18.

The two Junior Schools, King’s St Alban’s set in the heart of Worcester and King’s Hawford, in a rural setting just north of the city, provide small class sizes, excellent pastoral care and a variety of sporting and extra-curricular activities.

King’s St Alban’s is set in an idyllic location on the banks of the River Severn, adjacent to King’s Senior School. An aspirational, nurturing environment is offered where everyone is encouraged to succeed. Each child develops an unquenchable thirst for knowledge that allows them to approach their education with energy and enthusiasm.

King’s Hawford caters for children aged 2 to 11 and is one of 35 schools to be awarded the LotC Mark (Gold) Certificate for learning outside the classroom. Children engage in a diverse range of extra activities including chess, bridge, music, ballet, gardening, photography, Forest School, and ‘KataKanu’ to name but a few.

Both King’s St Alban’s and King’s Hawford feed into King’s Senior School, which is consistently one of the leading schools in the region at both A Level and GCSE.  Pupils enjoy the challenge of achieving their best because they are equipped with the learning skills, facilities, outstanding teaching and encouragement that they need to flourish.
