Nestled among the Malvern Hills, The Blue Bell at Ryall offers the warmest of welcomes from owners Brian and Pippa and their team. They pride themselves on giving hospitable, friendly service along with well kept real ales and wholesome traditional food.

Customers are welcome to leave their vehicles in the spacious car park to explore the local riverside and pretty, cultured town of Upton upon Severn 15 minutes’ walk away.

The family and dog friendly hostelry with a cosy open fire holds weekly live music and has a function room and skittle alley for larger events and private parties. The garden has three heated Zulu huts so people can enjoy an outdoor social scene even in winter.

The menu is full of delights for even the pickiest eaters. Mouth watering starters include homemade soups or breaded king prawns, mains include beer battered cod & chips, Gloucester Old Spot sausage, lamb shank, sea bass or your own design of pizza and there are indulgent desserts like sticky toffee pudding or homemade cheesecake. Seasonal specials include treats like whole pheasant or Brixham crab and hearty Sunday roasts are served from noon to 9pm. The Blue Bell caters for all special diets including vegan and gluten intolerant.

The well stocked bar features local real ales including the endlessly popular Butcombe and changing guest ales.
