Orchard Grove is new and fabulously spacious, luxurious self catering accommodation for up to nine people in the recently designated World Heritage Site of the Lake District.

This amazing property graces the village of Braithwaite, which is famous walking/cycling country with a backdrop of mountains known as the Coledale Horseshoe and a smattering of hospitable pubs which welcome the weary with hot food and log fires.

Orchard Grove is the perfect base for exploring the Lake District and a plethora of outdoor adventure activities from rock climbing to kayaking and then relaxing with its superb amenities. These include a patio with an all weather barbecue hut and a basement games room with a pool table.

The house is built, decorated, furnished and equipped with high quality contemporary style throughout. It has four large bedrooms ranging from superking sized to twin, two of them at ground level, plus a charming child’s room. Three bathrooms ensure no-one ever has to queue.

There is a utility room separate to the exquisite kitchen diner for easy care of muddy clothes, while the comfy living room has a 50 inch plasma TV, Freeview and DVD player. There is parking provision for up to six cars, together with an electric charging point.

Owner Julie Fleming says: “We only opened in May but the reviews have been excellent.”
