Local artist reaches her target to raise £500 funds for the NHS in just 24 hours
Cotswold-based artist Camilla MacDonald reached her £500 fundraising target in just 24 hours – with all funds being donated to the NHS Charities Together.
Camilla MacDonald, a qualified art teacher and local artist based in Moreton-in-Marsh, has offered to paint your home of 3 lucky winners for a donation of funds for the NHS.
Camilla says: “At first, I hoped to raise £500 for The NHS Charities Together, who are doing such an incredible and heroic job but, after such a great response, I’m now extending the target to £1000.”
The local parent of three is PA to Tom Hayman-Joyce, the Cotswold Estate Agent, although is currently furloughed due to the coronavirus. So Camilla has set about using her artistic skills to raise much needed funds to support the NHS.
Camilla paints bespoke house portraits in oil on canvas or watercolours and aims to give away 3 commissions to 3 randomly selected winners who have donated to the NHS charity.

Camilla says: ”I’ve been amazed by the support so far and I’d really like to keep going and try to raise as much as I can for The NHS Charities so PLEASE do donate and have the chance to win a bespoke portrait of your home.”
