Gone in 60 Seconds: The 5 Beauty Products ASOS Can’t Keep in Stock

I have a secret habit: I go on ASOS, and I just put clothes into my saved items for fun. Sometimes I’ll buy something, but often I just save them there like a sort of Pinterest board of pieces I like and want to buy later. Of course, when an item sells out, I’m devastated, and I will constantly check back to see if I’m lucky enough to spy my size come fleetingly back into stock, but with fashion, once something sells out, it rarely comes back.

Not so with the ASOS Face + Body buys: The retailer restocks products that sell out because unlike fashion, many beauty buys are always available and rarely are they limited edition or seasonal. Unfortunately, a few beauty buys are so covetable that ASOS has trouble keeping them in stock, such is their demand. And, surprisingly, not all of them are the usual suspects. Sure, Pixi Glow Tonic makes the list, and if you’re a regular Byrdie reader, you’ll know everyone on the team is a big fan. But then there are some more niche buys that you may not be aware of, but this list may make you add one to your saved items, or, if you’re more on it than me, right into your basket.

This multitasking toner removes excess dirt, sloughs away dead skin cells and clears the way for your serum or moisturiser to work better. It leaves skin looking impossibly radiant and glowing, too.

Inspired by the texture of rose petals, this matte liquid lipstick comes in six varying nude shades and won’t leave your lips dry. Oh, and if you’re into vegan makeup, you can add this to your makeup bag, as it’s PETA-approved.

At the time of writing this feature, this tooth polish was sold out. The activated charcoal, along with bentonite clay, draws out impurities like a magnet, leaving teeth feeling and looking incredibly clean. Vitamin E soothes gums, while organic peppermint and Australian lemon myrtle fight bacteria, reduce inflammation and leave teeth tasting fresh. Want to get your hands on a pot? You can buy it on Space NK

now.

We’re not surprised ASOS can’t keep this wonder concealer in stock. It’s easy to blend, conceals even the most stubborn blemishes and boasts celebrity fans including Kylie Jenner.

Another current sellout is this metallic creamy eye shadow. We’re not surprised; it adds a wash of shimmering colour to the eyes that looks almost wet and stays put all day.
