Even if you’ve been self-tanning for years, there’s still a lot that can go wrong when you set out to bronze your body without the help of the sun.
Streaky shins, uneven colour, hands and feet four shades darker than the rest of your body… Wouldn’t it be great if you had a tanning expert you could turn to whenever a Ross Geller-level tan-tastrophe strikes?
Well, now you can, because today marks the launch of the Tan-Line, a 24-hour phone line you can call for advice on everything, from skin prep and product choice to application and removal.
“Whether you’ve had a disaster, want some expert tips or just to tell us how amazing your glow is today, the Tan-Line by Tan-Luxe is your go-to help and advice line for the most pressing of tanning related queries,” says Jules Von Hep, the brand’s Global Tanning Director.
This is the first time a tanning brand has launched a consumer facing helpline, but you don’t have to be a customer to call – the impartial advisers will be able to recommend other brands as well.
Jules describes the service, which is available throughout August, as “a friendly source of information and totally impartial source for all things glow. There’s no drama and no judgements here”.
