Nicky Vesper teaches yoga and gives 3 kinds of massage including Reflexology. Yvonne Morey also teaches yoga and offers humanistic counselling. She has special expertise in working with children, young adults and couples and is specialising in trauma-based therapy. Jennifer Davis is a fitness instructor/personal trainer who motivates people towards healthier lifestyles through exercise and nutrition. Together they have helped literally hundreds of people to improve their lives.
