Editor’s Choice Casa Med Tapas, Bromsgrove
Tapas is a super social way of dining and a great place to experience this is at Casa Med. Independent and authentic, this Bromsgrove eatery provides an exquisite range of Mediterranean cuisine served in portions to sample and share, whether between two people, a family or a group party; there’s something for everyone to try.
Passionate Casa Med chefs create an awesome array of quality dishes for their customers each and every day. They include favourites not only from Spain, but also from France, Italy, Turkey and others with outstanding cuisines. Together with their dedicated front of house team, Casa Med chefs proudly claimed this year’s award for Best Mediterranean Restaurant in the Midlands.
Catherine Houghton and her husband, Mark, opened the two storey restaurant in a handsome, 300 year old building in 2015. It was full of character and ideal for the Bromsgrove public to be able to experience tapas close to home instead of having to travel to Birmingham or elsewhere.
Catherine says: “Tapas is a highly sociable way to eat, getting together with friends or family and sharing food. Mark and I love dining out this way. It completely does away with ‘food envy’ because you get to try everyone’s dinner, in a polite way!
