Amazon UK Launches Prime Wardrobe Try Before You Buy
How it works
1. Select Your Items
2. Try On At Home
3. Checkout and Return Items
How does Prime Wardrobe work?
The first step is to fill your Prime Wardrobe shopping basket. Pick between 3 and 8 items across clothing, shoes, and accessories. Eligible items are marked with the Prime Wardrobe icon. After completing your Prime Wardrobe shopping, enjoy delivery right to your doorstep at no extra cost and use your seven-day try-on period to find the best style and fit at home. You don’t want to keep all the items? No problem, before the end of your 7-day try-on period you can go to ‘Your Orders’ and indicate which items you want to keep or return. For any returns, simply repackage the items you wish to return using the resealable bag and attach the prepaid Royal Mail label which is provided with your order. Then drop off the package at the most convenient Royal Mail location within 7 days from the end of your 7-day try-on period. Please make sure to return your items with tags on and in their original packaging, including: hangers, bags, shoe boxes, dust bags, and gift boxes. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
